The Axidents

Say hello to The Axidents from Edinburgh who sadly never made it to the recording stage. Led by ‘Arthur’ Axident on bass they at one time featured among othersguitarist Derek Reid who left to become keyboard player for The Associates and Big John Duncan who went on to play with The Exploited and later Nirvana.

Songs in the set included Plastic Warship, Soho, Youth Assault and Regulations.

Originally called The Accidents they changed their name because their was already an Essex band with the same name.

‘Arthur’ Axident is better known as Ross Galloway who has contributed many pictures to the site.
